SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping takes place only once a year. Our lovely seasonal bulbs will only be available for delivery in October each year.

RETURN POLICY

We are able to cancel your order until shipping time. Thereafter, no returns or refunds are possible. We do guarantee the quality and trueness to variety of our products. If any aspect of our product or service are not to your satisfaction please contact us so that we rectify the issue.

PAYMENT METHOD

As soon as your order is received, we will reserve our seasonal bulbs for you. Once they are ready to be shipped we will send you a link via PayFast for payment. You are welcome to order all year round, however, we will only process your payment in August just before your bulbs are ready to be sent to you.
